2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name and work email address (required);
• your company name or website, if you choose to provide it;
• your project description, if you choose to provide it;
• the language version of the site you used.

To keep the form secure and prevent abuse, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep the website secure. We rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our visitors from spam and abuse.

We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing, and we never sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

• Hostinger, which hosts this website and our business email, where we receive and answer your enquiry;
• Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed.
